My husband is just graduating school to be a Physician Asst.
He is almost accepting a position that is offering a Loan Repayment.....meaning they pay him a salary and will also pay off 3/4ths of his school loan. However, the salary is not as high as other positions in the area. So my question is, do P.A. jobs have bonus%26#039;? In other words, if my husband gets a job with a good salary that also offers yearly bonus%26#039;, we would just put the bonus%26#039; towards his loan payments every year and re-consolidate every year. We are just new to this field and not sure what to look for in benefits with these jobs.

It totally depends on the position.
Some places pay a productivity bonus. Some pay a profit sharing bonus. Some pay nothing.
