im over 24 so im indepentent status

but to this question

my mom has been paying back my old school loans

and i live with my dad and he claimed me on his taxes

so am i expected to put an amount there for that?

Yes, you answer that. If someone is paying your bills for you, car insurance, car payment, student loans, any number of things that are your responsiblity, you are suppose to list that. It wants the total amount for the year, not the monthly amount.
